Description
Our tour begins at the church of Vonêche, once renowned for its crystal.
The village retains a rather unique ensemble of half-timbered houses from the second half of the 18th century, at which time it became one of the most important industrial centres of Europe because of the crystal produced here.
The diversity of the landscape is enchanting; the walk will take us through woodland, meadows and along brooks while we discover a lovely area of the Famenne on the threshold of the Ardennes.
